LOS ANGELES--January. 20, 2007—TV Pro Gear announced today that Amanda Martin, previously Outside Sales for IDX System Technology, has been named Vice President of Marketing for TV Pro Gear. The appointment is effective January 3.
In her new role, Ms. Martin will be a member of the TV Pro Gear senior management team and overseeing marketing, customer service, research and Web analytics. She will report to Chandon Mahon, President, TV Pro Gear.
In making the announcement, Mr. Mahon said, "Amanda Martin's experience in advertising, branding and market research will be a tremendous asset as we continue to grow the scope and relevancy of TV Pro Gear. We have ambitious plans underway for 2007 and will rely on her critical insights to lead our marketing efforts."
Ms. Martin joined IDX System Technology in 2005 as Sales Support and was named as the head of Outside Sales in 2006. In that role she led the company's tradeshow events, market research, product training and customer relations departments.
