Cindy Hite Named Cambridge Who's Who Professional of the Year in Broadcasting
Cindy Hite, co-host and news anchor for Seaview AM 960's [i]The Morning View[/i], has been named Cambridge Who's Who Professional of the Year in broadcasting.


    /Broadcast News Articles/ - PALM BEACH GARDENS, FL, July 31, 2007 - Cindy Hite, co-host and news anchor for Seaview AM 960's The Morning View has been named Cambridge Who's Who Professional of the Year in broadcasting. While inclusion in Cambridge Who's Who is an honor, only two males and two females in each discipline are named the Cambridge Who's Who Professional of the Year. The Cambridge Who's Who selection committee hand picks these special Who's Who honorees based on their accomplishments, academic achievement, leadership and service.

Hite brings her skilled news anchoring and many vocal and creative talents into play as co-host and news anchor on Seaview AM 960's The Morning View. Hite is a former news anchor and reporter for WJNO for which she won the prestigious Green Eyeshade Award. She also hosted Sunday Jazz Brunch and could be heard on LOVE 94FM. Cindy wrote, performed and co-produced a news feature in music video form on the Alaskan Oil Disaster which aired on the Tampa NBC affiliate. The piece won two Florida Emmy Awards. She taught broadcasting and theater at the Alexander W. Dreyfoos, Jr. School of the Arts in West Palm Beach and has hosted a variety of television programs. Her narrating, vocal, writing and acting abilities have sustained her professionally for more than 20 years with her trademark resonant and soothing voice frequently in demand. Hite received her bachelor of science in organizational management from Palm Beach Atlantic University in 2005. She is a member of the Public Relations Society of America.
